I am now a Certified Creatively Fit Coach!

I have been a Certified Creatively Fit Coach (CCFC) since 2023. I began that journey by taking a course that I envisioned would add “a little something” to teaching my art classes. I have come out the other side of that training with much more than a little something.

When you are given a new way to see life and creativity you know that this gift you have been given will be opened along the path that is your life, it is not something to be rushed or crammed into your pocket for another day. It should be gazed upon, contemplated, and acted upon with intention and clarity.

I can now show people how to create from a different place. Looking at life and living in a fuller, more spacious way. Knowing that there is no “perfect” in painting or jewelry making – or life – it is all creatively divinely inspired to be whatever it shows up to be in the present moment.

A new life chapter has opened with so many possibilities, including teaching people to create from their heart space. It is a gift to have the ability to create your life, and your art that is your life, from deep within: a happy place, an exploration of a new space, experiencing colors, shapes, symbols, a sense of freedom, and a sense of joy.

In the near future I will begin teaching online as well as teaching in person in Wisconsin.
